When you join the BLEAU list, submit a contact message, or apply as a model, vendor, creator or sponsor, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business or social media information, and the description you provide about yourself or your brand.

When you purchase a ticket, payment is processed by our secure e-commerce provider. We receive your order details and contact information, but we never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type and the pages you visit, so we can keep the site fast and secure.

To review and respond to your application, inquiry or message.

To send you confirmation emails and event updates you have asked for, including ticket news, schedule details and official announcements.

To fulfill ticket orders, issue credentials and manage event operations such as vendor placement and casting.

To improve the website and understand which information visitors find useful.

Submissions are stored in our secure website database and in an internal submissions workbook accessible only to authorized team members. Confirmation and notification emails are delivered through our managed email provider.

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the event and meet our record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate the event — such as our ticketing, email and hosting providers — and only as needed to perform those services, or when required by law.

Every marketing or announcement email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@bleaucon.com or calling (470) 885-6800. We will respond within a reasonable time.

BLEAUCon × Royal Bleau XV is a photographed and recorded event. By attending, you understand that your image or likeness may appear in photography, video and promotional material connected to the event.

This website is intended for adults and older students. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the event grows. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
